Technical Strategy Assistance

This is a fee based service based on time and need - you ask a question and receive a response. It includes such services as:

  • Preparation of Statement of Limited Advice for client relating to the technical structuring of their fund whether in accumulation or pension mode - what to do and how to do it.
  • Calculation and implementation of pensions, multiple pensions, multiple account types and components
  • Death or Divorce

Fix it Service

This is a fee based service based on time and need - you hand over a fund with issues to be "fixed" and then be handed back to you. It includes such services as:

  • Taking on a non complying fund and fix it (if possible)
  • Bringing messy funds up to date
  • Implementing strategies and doing the paperwork

Establishment Service

This is a fee based service which provides you with a fully established superannuation fund including establishment minutes and other documentation. This service includes:

  • Provision of a Product Disclosure Document
  • Organising the trust deed
  • Preparing establishment Minutes, application forms, trustee acceptances etc
  • Providing binder for trustees
  • Providing appropriate establishing documents - ATO & trustee
  • Establishing Corporate Trustee (if required) - complete ASIC work as required
  • Establishing Cash Management Trust account (if required)
  • Complete rollovers from other funds to fund's bank account
  • Advising when complete and handing back to you
